How do I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website, or contact us if you'd prefer to order with us personally. If you're looking for. bespoke size, finish or have any questions before ordering, just get in touch - we'll be happy to help.
How long will my order take?
As all of our furniture is handmade to order, please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be made and ready for dispatch or collection. We'll keep you updated and let you know as soon as your order is ready.
Can I have a different style or size?
Absolutely! As our furniture is handmade, we can often customise the size, style and finish to suit your space. If you can't see exactly what you're looking for, simply get in touch and we'll be happy to discuss your ideas and create something that works for you.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver throughout the UK mainland. For any questions about delivery, please get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Does my furniture arrive assembled?
Yes! Your furniture will arrive fully assembled. Our frames are fully welded, so there's no assembly required - its ready to use as soon as it arrives.
As we use real wood, natural variations in grain, knots and colour are to be expected. These characteristics make every piece unique.
How will my item be delivered?
Your order will either be delivered personally by us or by one of our couriers. Courier deliveries are kerbside and delivered on a pallet, so you will need to arrange for the furniture to be removed from the pallet and taken in to your property.
Either way, someone must be able to receive the delivery.
