Each piece of Industrial81 furniture is handmade to order. Please check all sizes, finishes and options carefully before placing your order.

 

Made-to-order and bespoke items

Where an item is made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you, you do not normally have the right to cancel or return the item simply because you have changed your mind.

 

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or is not as described, please contact us as soon as possible so we can put things right. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
